Are my ringworms going away?

I work at a vet's office, so it's a given where I got them from... but anyways, I'm trying my best to get rid of these quick, and between researching on the internet and asking a doctor, I'm still not sure if they're going away or not. At first, there was one on my arm, dry and scaly.. like the normal pictures on google. Then a second popped up the very next day, same thing. So I went and bought some of the montazole anti-fungal cream and I've been applying that more than twice a day for three days. I've tried Clorox bleach on them also. They are no longer raised up or scaly, but they look like a red circular blisters... almost like a mosquito or an ant bite would look if it were scratched raw, but I haven't itched them. They are no longer itchy. Are they going away or are they getting worse?
