That is completely inappropriate. The next time he does anything of the sort again, tell him to back the truck up. He really has no right to touch you like that, especially since it is seen as a ual gesture. You could report him for ual harment if you feel that uncomfortable around him, or at least tell your parents or something. He shouldn't be touching anything other than your teeth.
