How to turn my phone "Java enabled"?

I'm having GFIVE G 3000. I know my mobile is not supported for java apps. How to make my mobile java enabled? please give the link for mobile Java compiler.... (Clearly I wants to "enable java", in my "java unabled mobile" by installing mobile java compiler). Is it possible? If yes, how?
