Honda owners how to prevent this?

IF you live in Texas you can blast the driver for taking your property. I don't know about the laws in other states but in California you can't do anything even if a crime is happening in front of you. Even if someone is trying to steal your car if you shoot, attack, or do anything that is harmful to the perpetrator you can get sued. The only thing you can do is call 911 and hope they get there on time. Freaken dumb @$$ laws if you ask me.
