I am almost embared to ask this but here goes...I had surgery on my head several years ago?

now where the scar is, there was a tiny ruff bump coming up on the scar, I did not think to much, but now it has grown it looks like an artichoke, it has layers of little finger like things with tiny black dots on the end...it does not hurt or anything, but it does have a slight sensation when rubbed....weird huh, I thougt it might be like a seed wart???
