We can insult/degrade people SENSELESS until they're dead...?

Whether these people are dead or alive they should be respected you don't know these people you have no clue what they are going through so at the end of the day who are you to bad talk them? and for what reason? are you benefiting anything positive are just causing negativity? The same way you can talk bad about Paris i can say the same about you
