Would this be considered Animal Abuse?

ok, i know its sounds cruel but a mouse is a cats natural prey and in order to keep the cats healthy and happy you have to provide them with that. they must be able to exercise their natural instinct to hunt. and i know it seams mean but that's the way the world works. and pet stores have to have mice and rats to feed to the animals, like the snakes and reptiles. its just kinda something that happens in the world that is less than pleasant, and we have to accept it for what it is
